Despite numerous online blogs around the Internet that point out recurring dog attacks, they continue on with a regularity that makes it look like those that can reduce those numbers are not getting what needs to be done, done. 

In 2017, attack after attack has taken place in U.S. cities, suburban, and urban areas.  In India, attacks have occurred as well.
