Fox Attacks Occurring in Pennsylvania with Concerning Regularity

The pictures associated with the foxes that have attacked, biting persons recently, did not look like friendly ones.  The incidents occurring in Tioga County. 

Questions that may arise include is there a litter of foxes that all have similar behaviors.

Based on referent picture
Certain lateral prolongations in morphology unusual
Unusual aggressiveness in presentment
Physical energy and tolls from travel and bodily movement imbalanced compared to normal relaxed eco-cycle
